Vayu was used for logging in the dense forests of Northeast India for over two decades. When he came to Wildlife SOS he had a poorly healed forelimb fracture and was malnourished. Now at the Elephant Hospital Campus, he is slowly improving with the help of specialised care and plenty of fresh fruits and greens.
